🟢 About the product
AlliesVerse is an all-in-one commerce management platform designed for marketplace sellers, enabling businesses to manage products, sales, inventory, analytics, logistics, CRM, and accounting across multiple channels from a single interface.
🟢 My Role & Scope
I initially joined the project to design a landing page, while the platform itself was being handled by an external design agency. As I became more deeply involved in the product, I strongly believed in its potential and was motivated to contribute beyond the original scope of work.
Recognizing my initiative and growing involvement, the startup founder invited me to take on the role of Head of Design & Lead UX/UI Designer. I became responsible for user research, UX strategy, and the end-to-end design of all core platform sections and flows.
As the product scaled, I was responsible for building and leading the internal design team. I managed the hiring process end-to-end and assembled a team of 2 middle-level UX/UI designers, providing mentorship, art direction, and design reviews to ensure consistency and quality across the product experience.
🟢 Research & Discovery
To inform design decisions, I conducted both qualitative and quantitative research:
- Conducted 6 in-depth user interviews to understand user needs and behaviors
- Led 8 usability testing sessions, identifying key friction points across core flows
- Ran card sorting sessions to improve information architecture and content structure
- Participated in A/B testing to validate design hypotheses

Design System
When creating the design system, we followed industry best practices. In the published standalone Figma file, each semantic component had its own dedicated page. We also maintained a changelog to keep the team aligned on system updates and changes.

To better evaluate the scale of the system, I gathered the components on a single screenshot.
